This explains what information OurDataGH collects and how it is used.
When you register we collect your name, email address and phone number. When you place a data order we also record the recipient phone number and network. When you fund your wallet, payment details are handled directly by our payment provider and are not stored on OurDataGH's own servers.
We use this information to create and manage your account, deliver data orders to the correct number, keep your wallet balance accurate, and contact you about your account when needed.
We share the minimum information necessary with our data bundle provider so orders can be delivered, and with our payment provider so wallet top ups can be processed. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
If you use a store on OurDataGH, basic details about customers who order through your store, such as their phone number and order history, are visible to you so you can serve them.
Passwords are stored in encrypted form and cannot be viewed by OurDataGH staff. We take reasonable steps to protect your account information from unauthorized access.
You can update your profile details at any time from your account settings. You may contact support to request that your account be closed.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of OurDataGH after a change means you accept the updated policy.
