These terms govern your use of OurDataGH. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
OurDataGH lets you buy data bundles for MTN, AirtelTigo and Telecel using a wallet you fund yourself. Some users also run a personal store on OurDataGH to resell data bundles to their own customers.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. You must provide accurate information when you register.
Wallet funding is processed through a licensed payment provider. Funds added to your wallet are used to purchase data bundles and are not refundable once a bundle order has been placed successfully.
We aim to deliver every data bundle quickly after payment. In rare cases where a bundle fails to deliver, the amount is refunded back to your wallet balance rather than paid out in cash.
If you run a store on OurDataGH, commission earned from sales made through your store belongs to you and can be withdrawn according to the minimum withdrawal amount shown in your store dashboard. We may review and pause a store that shows suspicious activity.
You agree not to use OurDataGH for fraud, to resell stolen numbers, or to attempt to interfere with the platform in any way. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of OurDataGH after a change means you accept the updated terms.
